If I could give less I would. Was looking at online shopping with Oxfam. Installed app in Dec still doesn't work. Poor......
I am a volunteer with Oxfam and used app to see how donations were going I took in on gift history. It has not functioned since January. I have contacted Oxfam twice and was told will be sorted. Rubbish. Have just uninstalled app. Not fit for purpose!
Liked the app & good to see what happens to the donations. Unfortunately the Manage My Gift section does not seem to work so I couldn't change the amount if I wanted to. Hope this is fixed soon.
I downloaded this app a week ago. It looks great. However the gift aid part is still not working it says that it will take a couple of days to sync but this hasn't happened. Very disappointing as this was the reason I downloaded it. 🙁
Was fine and good for keeping track of my donations and gift aid. But now it doesn't open
Doesn't work. Since the changes the app it no longer opens.
Registration requires a title but doesn't offer a gender-neutral option, so I can't register. I raised this issue via email back when the app first launched - sad to see nothing's been done.
Oxfam has been taking money from my account without permission for months I have just recently found out.. your a bunch of thieves
I wanted to be able to see donations etc, but I cannot verify my account. I keep selecting 'Re-send email' to verify my account. But no email arrives. Not much point in keeping the app.
Good app to get information about the Oxfarm, their activity and how to be involved personally (not only with donations to the local shop). The main problem is, that more than a month after the installation I still can't see the history of my donations (they write, that is their problem...). Ok, that points come to my Nectar card.
